is the founder and President of Leadership Training Ministries.  As a dynamic international leader since 1986, he has spoken to tens of thousands of youth, youth workers, pastors and parents, leaders and business owners in more than 70 countries He has authored articles, published books and has been featured in Hispanic youth magazines, Christian TV and radio programs.  His radio and TV program “Caso Puntual” aired for 20 years throughout the Spanish speaking world.  He is a highly respected husband, father, professor, business man and minister with a passion for reaching youth.  Jeffrey D. De León received a Masters in Bible and Theology from Columbia International University, and a Ph.D. in Educational Studies.
