Leadership Training Ministry is focused to create relevant, innovative resources that transform youth ministry throughout Latin America and beyond.

Partnership

LTM partners with local churches, para church and missions organizations. Together we develop and provide culturally relevant training and resources.

Training

Our regional events include workshops for the Latin youth culture. Our Mentor Certification Program empowers nationals to train youth leaders.

Currently, approximately 35% of the global population falls within the age range of 14 to 24 years old. Surprisingly, despite this significant demographic, youth ministry remains largely neglected in most Spanish-speaking countries.

We seek to train, empower, motivate and equip Christian leaders for the glory of God. It is our passion to teach God's Word, furthering His purposes by encouragingothers to faithfully serve Him.

God is raising our national leaders who understand their context and culture. LTM Organization values the empowerment of national leaders.

We fulfill the Great Commission by discipling leaders who disciple youth who disciple their friends. We must multiply leadership if we are to reach the world for Christ.

We are dedicated to the creation of culturally relevant, effective resources, dynamic training and inspirational conferences especially geared toward leaders and family ministries. We serve the local church and where ever else God leads.
